TK Development A/S is the holding company of TKD Nordeuropa A/S and Euro Mall Holding A/S. In addition, TK Development A/S comprises the activities in Germany and Russia.
TKD Nordeuropa A/S comprises the Group’s Northern European activities on the markets in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. TKD Nordeuropa A/S is wholly-owned by TK Development A/S.
Euro Mall Holding A/S comprises the Group’s activities in Central Europe. This company operates on the markets in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Euro Mall Holding A/S is wholly-owned by TK Development A/S.
