Branch offices

We are convinced that we can only create value for our customers if we are physically present in their markets. Therefore, we have set up local branch offices in the markets where we develop real property. Thus we combine the Group’s international network of retail chains and investors with the detailed market knowledge of local branch offices.

A presence in our customers’ markets allows us to spot relevant opportunities for them, while having decision-makers on-site enables us to use these opportunities to create value for our customers.
