The shopping centre continues to have a satisfactory influx of customers and to perform well. In December 2011, Simply Market replaced the previous supermarket operator. This replacement has contributed to the progress recorded by the shopping centre in the course of 2012. The number of visitors slightly exceeded 1.8 million in 2012, compared to just over 1.7 million in 2011. The revenue for the shopping centre increased by 4 % relative to 2011. After the conditional agreement with Heitman was signed in December 2012, the Group’s ownership interest of the shopping centre is 30 %.
