TK Development has entered into an agreement regarding the purchase by GE Real Estate Central Europe of a shopping centre in Kolín. The town of Kolín is situated in the eastern part of the Central Bohemian Region on the Elbe. Kolín has about 30,000 inhabitants and a catchment area of about 75,000 people. The shopping centre has a floor space of 10,000 m² and the downtown location, close to the train station and bus terminal, provides a good infrastructure. The shopping centre consists of a supermarket , 53 retail units and 334 covered parking spaces.
