Dubeň Žilina is a one-storey shopping centre featuring a hypermarket operated by Carrefour, a shoppping gallery and restaurants. It is the first shopping centre built in Žilina. It is situated in a mainly residential area, close to the city centre and very easily accessible by car and public transport. Žilina is one of the largest district towns in Slovakia with about 90,000 inhabitants.
